Our cooking classes introduce individuals to the pleasures of preparing and enjoying “real food” that is both nutritious and delicious.

Students learn basic cooking skills, the joy of eating and cooking with fresh fruits and vegetables, and how to become empowered and conscious consumers in a marketplace where there is so much take away food and packaged meals.
We will work through safety in the kitchen, hygiene and being aware at all times while in the kitchen and cooking.
We will go to the shops and buy the groceries we need to feed everyone and enjoy cooking and socialising over a nice meal.
Food has always brought a group of people together.
